Terms of Service

The Agreement

By using this website or the Intent Solutions matching service, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to bind it. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Nobody reads terms for fun; we have kept these short so you actually can.

What the Service Is

You describe an SAP problem in plain English. Our AI engine analyzes it and returns ranked vendor matches with the reasoning behind them. If you want, we introduce you to a vendor. That is the whole service.

What the service is not: we do not perform SAP implementations, we do not take a cut for steering you to any particular vendor, and we are not a party to any contract you sign. The deal you make with a vendor is between you and the vendor.

AI Recommendations, Honestly Stated

Our matches are generated by AI from the evidence in our vendor corpus. They are a researched starting point, not professional advice, and not a guarantee that a vendor will perform. AI can be wrong, and evidence can be stale.

Treat a match like a shortlist, not a signature. Check references, verify credentials, and read the contract before you commit to anyone we surface. A matching engine that claimed to replace diligence would be lying to you.

Your Account

• Give us accurate information and keep it current.
• Keep your credentials to yourself. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• One person per account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable Use

Do not:

• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-download the site, the vendor corpus, or match results.
• Probe, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service or its AI engine.
• Submit content you have no right to share, including someone else's confidential information.
• Use the service to send spam or for anything unlawful.
• Misrepresent who you are or which company you speak for.

Terms for Vendors

If you receive a lead through Intent Solutions, that lead exists to let you respond to that buyer's request. Specifically:

• Use the buyer's information to respond to their inquiry, nothing else.
• Do not resell leads or add buyers to marketing lists without their separate, explicit consent.
• Keep your profile information accurate. Matches built on inflated claims fail in diligence, and repeated misrepresentation gets a vendor removed from the corpus.

Your Content and Ours

What you type stays yours. You grant us a license to store and process it to operate and improve the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. The site, the engine, the rankings, and our content belong to Intent Solutions; do not republish them as your own.

Disclaimers

The service is provided as is and as available. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that matches will fit, or that any vendor will perform. We work at match quality every day; we will not pretend to guarantee outcomes we do not control.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, Intent Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your dealings with a vendor. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is capped at the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You can close your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it. Sections that by their nature should survive (content licenses, disclaimers, liability limits) survive termination.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Intent Solutions is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in that state have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms.

Changes to These Terms

When we change these terms, the date at the top changes with it. For material changes we will notify account holders by email before the change takes effect. Continued use after that is acceptance.
